All credit cards are handled encrypted through Authorize.net, the most secure credit card vendor in the U.S.

Locations and Services

• Continental US – UPS Ground service
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico – USPS Priority Mail (additional charges will apply)
• Canada - via UPS Standard service to Canada
• Worldwide - via USPS Priority Mail International (if available) 

Shipping Policy:

In most cases, we process merchandise for shipping within 24 hours of receiving clear payment or Purchase Orders. Shipping cut-off time is 1:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

• U.S. and Canada SHIPPING are charged full UPS Shipping fees.
• Shipping costs are displayed per item.
• We ship only to physical addresses – There is no shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax will be charged to residents of the State of Texas, unless customer has a Commercial Resale Certificate on file in our offices.

Return and Exchange Policy

At RTW OEM Wheels, we take pride on our Old Fashioned customer service. We strive to maintain our customers 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship of our reconditioned factory wheels for sale, the safety of our procedures on OEM rims when subjected to an alloy wheel repair and the convenience of our services. That is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on the structural make-up of our wheels and a 30 day return policy.

STARTING THE RETURN PROCESS 

Dealers and registered customer can initiate the return process by accessing the order within “YOUR ACCOUNT" area. You will be asked to select which items in the order are to be sent back, the reason for the return, your desired outcome (exchange, repair, refund), and any additional comments you may want to include.
